Good friends commissioned us to have this home designed and constructed for them on a corner lot in the Parker Ridge subdivision in Bedford. The design not only takes full advantage of the topography of the lot but also sites the house correctly to take advantage of the pool which is immediately outside the walk out basement. The basement is finished with a large family / game room, wet bar, office and ¾ bath. This is a truly lovely home with a natural and seamless flow to the floor plan. All living spaces are generously sized and the gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. There is a large screen porch which stands alone from the main structure of the home but is connected to the house by and expansive deck. Both the deck and porch overlook the pool area. The second floor features an elegant master bedroom suite with 3 additional bedrooms each of which directly access a bathroom.
