This expansive and highly detailed home was designed and constructed for our client on their hilltop property in Bow, NH. The home is sited to take full advantage of the regional views the property provides. Access to and full use of the expansive outdoor living spaces were central elements in the execution of the planning and design of this home. The front porch wraps around the side of the house and provides access to the in ground gunite pool area with its outstanding views. Outdoor living is also enhanced by a lovely screen porch with its own grilling area which also overlooks the pool. The first floor includes a large custom kitchen with two islands that opens to the 2 story great room in the rear of the home. A formal dining room and home office flank the foyer. There is also a formal, fully paneled study replete with exquisite woodwork detail and built in cabinet work. The second floor hallway overlooks both the foyer in the front of the house and the great room in the rear. A very large master bedroom suite is located on one side of the second floor while 3 additional bedrooms and baths encompass the remainder of the space.
