This is the second Bedford home we have built for our client. This home was located in the Parker Ridge subdivision and was a move up from their previous home which was somewhat smaller. This home was very well thought out and detailed. The first floor incorporates a kitchen which is open to the family room and featured a cooktop located in the center island. Also incorporated in the kitchen was a beverage center and walk in pantry which provided ample storage for canned and boxed foods along with small appliances. A front to back living and dining room was located off the kitchen and foyer with a study located off the opposite side of the foyer. The second floor has a large master bedroom suite with its own sitting area and three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The basement walks out to the rear yard which is completely private from the neighboring homes.

We were contacted by this client to design and finish this basement space several years after the initial home project was completed. The results of a well planned and executed basement finish can be clearly seen in this project. From the sophisticated wet bar and entertainment area to the gym, ¾ bath, and children’s playroom. The results are an area that the entire family will enjoy for years to come!
